Scorpius is the only living member of this species known to exist.
This species was created by the Scarrans in an attempt to find out if Sebaceans could be useful as breeding stock. All of the other hybrids born died at birth along with their mothers, presumably as in Scorpius's case also Sebacean. He was born with Heat Delirium and it is very likely that at least some of the other hybrids died of this condition.
In the end, the Scarrans came to conclude that Sebaceans are not good for breeding.
Had the others lived they probably would have had the same unique ability as Scorpius to sense heat signatures and use it to detect lies.
