Lieutenant Orn was a Peacekeeper officer on Captain Bialar Crais's command carrier. Like many of his officers, Orn was wary of Crais's increasingly erratic behavior as he searched for Moya.
When Crais was incapacitated by the being known as Maldis, Orn tried to convince Crais' second-in-command Lt. Teeg to remove him from command. Teeg refused, however, and overruled Orn's suggestion. ("That Old Black Magic")
