Paul Goddard born in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. He is an Australian actor.

His best known roles are Agent Brown in the film The Matrix and Stark in the science fiction television series Farscape. He has also appeared in such other films as Babe, and Mighty Morphin Power Rangers: The Movie, as well as the televisions series The Lost World and All Saints.
