Elack's Pilot was the pilot associated with the leviathan Elack. Elack had wandered into the sacred Leviathan burial space, hoping to end his and his pilot's lives there.
When John Crichton was accidentally left behind by Moya, Elack and his pilot allowed him to stay with them to wait until Crichton's friends returned. ("Crichton Kicks")
Elack's Pilot was joined with Elack for over 350 cycles. She was referred as “Your Ladyship", "Sweetheart", and "The Mother Teresa of the Uncharted Territories" by John Crichton. Elack's pilot had six children from before she joined Elack.
