Pleisar Regiment

The Pleisar Regiment was a Peacekeeper unit, established before the arrival of John Crichton in Peacekeeper-controlled space. It was subdivided into various companies, including Icarion.

History

Pleisar Regiment was assigned to investigate the Fantir Regiment. While Fantir had waged several successful campaigns against the Scarran Empire, its successes had made some uneasy, given the influence it had acquired. Pleisar gathered intellignce, but before they could act on it, Fantir hijacked a command carrier, which had to be destroyed. ("House of Cards")

After the "defection" of Aeryn Sun to the crew of Moya, her unit was demoted as punishment (it is unclear whether this refers to the regiment as a whole, or Icarion Company specifically). They were demoted to grot work, and would only be reinstated upon Sun's death. ("PK Tech Girl")
