The Timbala was the sacred text of the Acquarans. It was written in ancient Hynerian and chronicled how the people of Acquara came to be left on that planet. Over time, it was embellished upon by the Priestans of Acquara in a selfish attempt to raise their own importance and gain power over the tribe. It also contained star charts and the story of the "Masata." ("Jeremiah Crichton")
