Vice Chancellor Vosler was a high ranking Peacekeeper officer. During the Peacekeeper/Scarran War, Peacekeeper High Command sent Vosler to take over Grand Chancellor Maryk's battle group following Maryk's death. Before the vice chancellor's arrival, Commandant Grayza ordered the battle group to assist Captain Braca's command carrier and to send a message to the vice chancellor, apologizing for the extra distance he needed to travel.
